Payment Terms
Payment for our services is due 30 days after the invoice date. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee until the balance is settled.
Client Responsibilities
Waste Management Compliance
Clients must ensure that all waste is properly sorted and complies with local regulations. It is the client’s responsibility to:
- Provide accurate descriptions of waste types
- Ensure hazardous waste is handled correctly
- Maintain records of waste disposal as required by law
Property Access
Clients must grant our team access to their premises during scheduled collection times. Failure to provide access may result in delays or additional charges.
Company Policies
Service Schedule
Our services are scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on the client’s needs. Any changes to the schedule must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Liability and Insurance
We maintain comprehensive insurance to cover any damages or losses incurred during waste collection and transportation. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing property conditions
- Damage caused by improper packaging of waste
- Loss of unsorted or unmanaged waste
Termination of Agreement
Termination Conditions
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. In cases of breach of terms, immediate termination may occur without notice.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds for pre-paid services are calculated on a pro-rata basis. Cancellations made within 14 days of the next scheduled service will not incur additional fees.
Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kensington. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this area.
